Stephanie Greunke

Stephanie GuernkeStephanie Greunke is a Registered Dietitian who strongly believes in the Paleo lifestyle as a means to achieve optimal health. She holds a Bachelors degree in Nutritional Science with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin ? Green Bay and is currently pursuing a Master?s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University.

Stephanie is also working towards a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal training certification. She has worked with individuals ranging from those new to fitness all the way to United States Marines. Her personal mission is to empower individuals to realize their inner greatness through education, fitness, and nutrition.

She has experience working in the product development and food labeling departments of a large private label food manufacturing company. Therefore, she understands the complexities and composition of today?s typical packaged foods. She appreciates the fact that the Paleo eating style emphasizes foods that contain single to minimal ingredients and are ?clean.?

Stephanie has helped clients with a wide range of nutritional needs enhance their athletic performance, improve their mental and physical health, and make positive lifelong eating and exercise behavior changes. With her experiences in worksite wellness she has helped a diverse group of clients reach their short and long term nutrition goals. While she acknowledges nutrition and fitness as key targets in overall health and performance, her emphasis in psychology allows her to fully understand the various psychological and environmental factors that are involved in motivating individuals. She would love to help personalize a plan for you to make your nutritional and fitness goals become a reality!

Elizabeth Legg

Elizabeth LeggI?m thrilled to be in the position to help people heal through optimal nutrition. I?m a Registered Dietitian who has practiced with a variety of populations from pediatrics to geriatrics, and am currently working with an athletic population. I incorporate a holistic approach that explores lifestyle, with a focus on optimal nutrition targeted to meet individual goals for health and fitness. I believe in a whole foods approach for improving health, and preventing or healing chronic disease. I have found the Paleolithic style of eating cuts to the chase, allowing the body to heal and thrive by prioritizing nutrient density and ridding our diet of harmful foods. I have worked with many individuals who have embraced these methods and are reaping the benefits.

Background

Elizabeth obtained her BS in Nutrition and Food Science from CSU, Chico. She continued with graduate school in Portland, Oregon earning her MS in Clinical Nutrition at Oregon Health & Science University. She has experience in pediatrics, including diabetes counseling and education with children, teens, and families; holding a certificate in childhood and adolescent weight management. Elizabeth also has experience with adult and geriatric populations, and currently counsels an athletic population striving to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
