Shauna Sand was arrested in the wee hours of Thursday morning for felony domestic violence.
The Beverly Hills police were called to Shauna Sand?s home at around midnight, responding to a call about a fight.
Shauna was arrested for felony domestic violence after cops saw marks on her husband, Laurent Homburger. Sand?s husband was also arrested on a domestic violence charge.
Sources say the couple got into a heated argument after Shauna told Laurent she wanted to divorce. Shauna locked herself in the bedroom, but Laurent kicked in the door and she sprayed MACE at him.
They were both taken to the Beverly Hills Police Station where they were booked.
Sands has been bailed out, but her 25-year old husband remains in jail.
