This weekend, Animal Care Services and animal shelter partners will sponsor the first ?Paw-Dopt-A-Thon,? featuring hundreds of cats and dogs for adoption at three sites across San Antonio.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at ACS and San Antonio Pets Alive, both at 4710 Texas 151; San Antonio Humane Society, 4804 Fredericksburg Road; and the Animal Defense League of Texas, 11300 Nacogdoches Road.
The adoption fee is $25 for a dog or puppy and $10 for a cat or kitten.
