suddenly in my system google chrome was struck

hi i am varaprasad my problem is in my system suddenly google chrome was not working ,after that i remove google chrome delete from add or remove afterwards i download for internet explorer it was download and it also run perfectly but it not show on system

for the above problem i want format the system or any option
