Drinking coffee is a morning ritual for men and women around the world. (Believe it or not, I?ve never even tried a sip of coffee, so I?m the very rare exception to this ritual.) For many, their day simply can?t start without it.
Well, that may actually be good thing. According to a study presented at an American Association for Cancer Research conference, women who drank more than three 8-ounce cups of coffee per day were 20 percent less likely to develop basal cell carcinoma than those who drank less than one cup per month.
While certainly wearing sunscreen daily (I use?Daily Protection SPF 30?as my moisturizer every single day), limiting your sun exposure and getting yearly skin cancer checks will always be the best form of prevention, this study certainly is promising news for coffee drinkers!
